At Rimfire Roasters, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering the highest quality coffee. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return and Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Freshness Guarantee: If you find the coffee does not meet your expectations for freshness, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used coffee beans/grounds are not eligible for a refund unless the product is defective.
- Merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel, etc.) that has been used, worn, or washed is not eligible for a return unless it arrived damaged.

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your coffee subscription at any time. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, the cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Provide Proof: For damaged or incorrect items, kindly include a photo of the product and packaging.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please follow the same steps as outlined for returns.
Return Shipping
- For damaged or defective items, Rimfire Roasters will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
