Colombia Organic – Asobombo

Rich. Smooth. A really good everyday coffee.

Sometimes you just want a really good cup of coffee. Nothing complicated. Just good coffee, a little sweetness, and a smooth finish that keeps you coming back for another cup.

Our Colombia Organic Huila comes from the Huila region of southern Colombia, where generations of coffee-growing tradition meet a new generation of farmers doing things their own way.

In the cup, you'll find baker's chocolate, caramel, cherry, and dried fruit. It's rich and naturally sweet, with a heavier body and just enough acidity to keep things interesting. Think smooth chocolate notes up front, a little fruit in the middle, and a satisfying finish.

It's the kind of coffee that fits just about anywhere—your first cup in the morning, a slow weekend breakfast, or that afternoon break when you need to recharge.

There's a Story Behind This Cup

This coffee comes from ASOBOMBO, a group of 170 young coffee producers in Colombia's Huila region.

Even better, this particular lot was produced by 85 women members of the association. Their work helps strengthen opportunities for women and their families while continuing the coffee-growing traditions of their community.

We're proud to work with quality-focused coffee partners like Bellwether Coffee to bring offerings like this to Rimfire Roasters.

Good coffee tastes even better when there's a good story behind it.
