We love the Nicaraguan farmers. The cup has hint of caramelized notes and butter pecans ice cream and raw almond, as the coffee cools. It makes a great cup of Coffee or Espresso. We roast this coffee to a medium profile.
This peaberry microlot is from Finca Buenos Aires Estates in Dipilto growing region of Nueva Segovia.

There's something about freshly grinding quality beans and enjoying that glorious first sip that simply cannot be replicated. I live a hectic life (what parent of a 2-year-old doesn't?), but I have been forcing myself to slow down every morning and enjoy the simple pleasure of what Rimfire Roasters is bringing to the table, and I cannot recommend their products enough. To think these were roasted essentially in my backyard is amazing. Thanks for reminding me what good coffee tastes like!
I have been using this in my cold brew, and it is really good!
