From Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region comes a naturally processed coffee with layers of ripe fruit, delicate florals, and a clean, lingering sweetness.

Our Ethiopia Sidama Dara G2 Natural brings together notes of berry, plum, cane sugar, green apple, and chamomile. The natural process gives this coffee a beautiful fruit-forward character, while a medium body and medium acidity keep the cup balanced and approachable.

As the coffee cools, look for the sweetness of dried apricot and plum, followed by berry and green apple brightness. A soft cane sugar sweetness carries through the cup, finishing with a delicate touch of chamomile.

This is an Ethiopian coffee with plenty of character—complex enough to slow down and explore, but smooth enough to enjoy every morning.
