Grown high in the lush mountains of Inzá, Cauca, this vibrant light roast is a celebration of community and craft. “Veredas Vecinas” means “neighboring villages,” and that’s exactly where these beans come from—small, family-run farms working together to produce something truly exceptional.
This roast highlights the clean, juicy character that Colombian coffee is known for. Its tasting notes include honeycrisp apple, citrus zest, and delicate florals, finishing with a silky sweetness and a whisper of cocoa.
Roasted lightly to let the origin shine, it’s ideal for filter brew methods—pour-over, Chemex, or drip—but just as compelling as a bright espresso.
