The caffeine is removed using the Mountain Water Process, a gentle, chemical-free method that draws on pure mountain water to preserve the coffee’s natural oils, flavor, and character. What remains is a beautifully clean cup—true to its origin and full of life.

Roasted with the same care and precision as every Rimfire creation, this coffee opens with notes of milk chocolate and caramel, followed by a hint of bright citrus that lingers just long enough to remind you where it came from.
